The Dempster Highway is rough: all dirt, no pavement. It crosses the Arctic Circle. At the end of the Dempster is Inuvik, in the Northwest Territories. With its charming church in the shape of an igloo. And a restaurant that serves chinese, pizza, steaks, kebabs, poutine and burgers.
